UPGRADES TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
We (Elisium Experiences) are a fulfilment partner who provide experience auction prizes, specialising in the charity and fundraising sector. These experiences are sold by the charitable cause or auction provider, who determine the sale price and charitable proceeds element in its entirety.
Non-Refundable Fee
All upgrade fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to travel plans, cancellations, or failure to attend. No credits or partial refunds will be issued.
Final and Non-Amendable
Once payment has been made, the upgrade selection is considered final. Upgrades are not eligible for amendment, transfer, reallocation, or substitution for alternative services. Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with payment.
Responsibility for Additional Guests
Where an upgrade includes the addition of one or more guests, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their participation. Should any additional guest(s) be unable or unwilling to attend or travel, the upgrade shall remain valid for the original booking and no refund or credit will be issued.
For each additional guest aged 18 or over, you must provide their full legal name and a valid email address, enabling us to contact them directly as necessary.
Confirmation of Agreement
By making payment for the upgrade, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and acknowledge that you are entering into a binding agreement. You authorise us to apply the selected upgrade to your booking accordingly.
