Definitions
“Price/Cost”
The total cost agreed upon at the time of providing the voucher/experience.
“We/Us”
Refers to Elisium Corporate Events Ltd.
“You”
Refers to the purchasing company, organization, or charity. The voucher recipient will be governed by our separate Voucher Redemption Terms & Conditions.
1. Terms and Conditions
These terms apply at all times and constitute the contract between Elisium Corporate Events Ltd and you, the purchasing company. No other terms and conditions apply, except where mandated by law. Any variation to these terms can only be made with the mutual written consent of both parties.
2. Formation of Contract
A contract is only formed once we receive full payment for the voucher/experience, or we have agreed in writing to vary the payment terms. Prices are confirmed in advance of placing an order and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified. Upon receipt of payment, we agree to provide the experience as outlined on the voucher or other digital material supplied, subject to the agreed payment terms being met. We reserve the right to cancel a booking or experience if the full payment has not been made. We will provide a 7-day notice period for any such cancellation to allow for resolution.
Vouchers will be issued in the agreed format, subject to payment terms. If you substitute our voucher with your own, you must inform us within 7 days of issuance. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed. Expiry dates cannot be automatically extended and must be approved in writing, which may incur an administrative fee.
Vouchers have no intrinsic cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, credit, or alternative products.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all recipients receive their vouchers in a timely manner. If we are tasked with issuing the vouchers, we will do so within 2 working days, provided all required information is supplied. You must not alter or misrepresent any voucher without prior consent.
All vouchers must be redeemed with Elisium Corporate Events in accordance with the relevant redemption terms provided to the recipient. As part of the booking process, we will liaise directly with the recipient regarding booking, availability, and fulfillment.
We do not accept responsibility for any disputes between you and the recipient after the voucher has been issued. Should a dispute arise during the booking process, we will promptly notify you to assist in resolving the matter.
4. Voucher Recipient
The lead booker, identified at the point of placing the order, is responsible for ensuring that all group members are aware of and agree to our terms and conditions. The lead booker is also responsible for completing the guest list on behalf of all individuals in the booking. By booking via email or phone, the lead booker agrees to and accepts our terms. Once the voucher is redeemed, the lead booker cannot be substituted without our consent.
Once a confirmed date for the experience is requested and provided via email, the booking cannot be amended. If the lead booker cancels the experience after receiving the confirmation email without our consent, the voucher will be forfeited, and the experience will be canceled, with no entitlement to a refund or credit.
