UPGRADE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These Upgrade Terms and Conditions apply to additional upgrades purchased directly from Elisium Experiences in connection with a valid Elisium Experiences voucher.
These terms should be read alongside our standard Booking Terms and Conditions. The original experience remains subject to those terms. Where these terms specifically relate to an Upgrade, these Upgrade Terms and Conditions will apply.
1. UPGRADES
An “Upgrade” means an additional product, service or enhancement offered by Elisium Experiences in connection with an existing valid experience voucher.
Upgrades may include, but are not limited to, additional packages, weekend supplements, hotel upgrades and room upgrades.
Upgrades are offered individually and are subject to availability.
2. ELIGIBILITY
An Upgrade can only be purchased in connection with a valid Elisium Experiences voucher.
Payment may be made by the voucher holder or by another person on their behalf. Where payment is made by another person, this does not transfer ownership of the voucher, booking or Upgrade to the person making payment.
3. PAYMENT DOES NOT CONFIRM YOUR UPGRADE
Payment for an Upgrade does not constitute confirmation of the Upgrade.
All Upgrades remain subject to availability until confirmed in writing by Elisium Experiences.
Following receipt of payment, we will process the requested Upgrade and, where applicable, confirm the arrangements with the relevant supplier.
Your Upgrade is only confirmed once written confirmation has been issued by Elisium Experiences by email, including where confirmation is provided as part of a Booking Confirmation email.
4. AVAILABILITY
Availability can change at any time before an Upgrade has been confirmed.
Although an Upgrade may be available when it is offered or when payment is made, availability cannot be guaranteed until the Upgrade has been confirmed in writing by Elisium Experiences.
If, after payment has been received, we are unable to confirm the requested Upgrade due to availability, the full amount paid for the Upgrade will be refunded to the original payment method.
The time taken for the refund to appear will depend on the payment provider and the customer’s bank or card issuer.
5. CONFIRMED UPGRADES
Once an Upgrade has been confirmed in writing by Elisium Experiences, it is final.
Confirmed Upgrades cannot be amended, cancelled or transferred and are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law or where these terms expressly provide otherwise.
Customers should therefore ensure that they have reviewed the Upgrade details carefully before making payment.
6. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Please DO NOT make any travel arrangements or other associated bookings based upon a requested Upgrade until you have received written confirmation of the Upgrade from Elisium Experiences.
Payment alone should not be relied upon as confirmation that the Upgrade is available or secured.
Elisium Experiences will not be responsible for additional travel arrangements or associated bookings made before the Upgrade has been confirmed, subject to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. EFFECT ON YOUR ORIGINAL EXPERIENCE
Purchasing an Upgrade does not replace the terms applicable to your original experience.
Your original voucher and experience remain subject to the Elisium Experiences Booking Terms and Conditions.
Unless expressly confirmed otherwise by Elisium Experiences in writing, purchasing an Upgrade does not extend or alter the expiry date of your original voucher.
Only the elements specifically identified in your confirmed Upgrade will be added to or changed within your existing experience.
8. SUPPLIER AMENDMENTS OR CANCELLATIONS
Where an Upgrade involves services provided by a third-party supplier, the arrangements may also be subject to the supplier’s applicable conditions and operational requirements.
If a supplier subsequently changes or cancels an element of a confirmed Upgrade, Elisium Experiences will notify the lead booker as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of the change.
Where possible, we will seek to provide a suitable alternative. Any available options will depend on the circumstances of the change and the relevant supplier arrangements.
9. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
Any requirements relating to your original experience, including arrival times, age restrictions, dress codes, safety requirements and supplier instructions, continue to apply.
Where an Upgrade introduces additional requirements, these will also apply to the relevant participant(s).
Failure to comply with applicable supplier requirements may result in the supplier refusing or cancelling the relevant service. Where this results from the customer’s failure to comply with those requirements, no refund for the Upgrade will be due, subject to applicable law.
10. CONTACT AND CONFIRMATION
Any questions regarding an Upgrade should be raised with Elisium Experiences before payment is made.
Any amendment, exception or variation to these Upgrade Terms and Conditions must be expressly confirmed in writing by Elisium Experiences.
